How do I know if my package has shipped and is on its way?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier (USPS or FedEx) has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.

Do you refund shipping fees?

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you received a damaged item. 

To report or return a damaged item, please use the following process:

If you would kindly fill out the return form included in your package, and return it along with the damaged item, we will issue you store credit via E-Gift Card and you can repurchase the item if desired. If you need a copy of the returns form, please click HERE.

Once we receive your package, we will email you with a store credit code in the form of an E-Gift Card in the amount of your damaged item, plus the cost of shipping the return up to a maximum of $10.00 USD. In order to receive credit for your returned shipping costs, you must include a copy of the receipt in your shipment.

Helpful hint: We strongly suggest including a tracking number with your package, as we are not liable for those that get lost in transit.

I received a damaged item, what do I do?

Should you receive an item that is damaged please take a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage, and email it to our Customer Care team with a description of the damage.

Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome.
